7.0/10

The hotel had its ups and downs, with neat and clean rooms but some outdated decor. The service was friendly but lacked certain customer skills. The location was convenient, although it was behind other choices. The dining experience was decent, with good food but limited variety.

Rooms
7.0
My room was neat and clean, but the decor seemed outdated. The bed had flat springs, and the bathroom floor was slippery with no grab bars.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, but I felt they lacked some customer skills.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated right in the city center, which is very convenient. However, it's not as prime a location as other options like the Hilton.
Dining
8.0
The dining option included was good, with friendly and efficient staff. However, the menu didn't vary much from day to day.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had the basic amenities available, but the Wi-Fi rarely worked in my room.

7.0/10

I stayed at the hotel, which was uniquely designed but lacking some essential amenities in the room. It wasn't the tidiest, and the street-facing view was limited by a tiny window. The staff, though, were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable despite the room's flaws.

Rooms
6.0
The room I had facing the street had a tiny window opening, which didn't allow much fresh air to come in. It was not very clean and was missing critical racks for hanging clothes and towels. However, the design was unique, though the overall experience wasn't the best.
Service
8.0
The service was friendly and very accommodating. The staff were polite and helpful, making sure my needs were met during my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was excellent, right next to the historical center and close to fantastic Mexican restaurants. It was just a few streets away from the Zócalo square, offering convenience and easy access to the city's highlights.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was so-so. I didn't find the breakfast options very appealing, and after trying the scrambled eggs once, I decided to skip meals at the hotel. However, the overall dining experience was adequate, offering either an omelette or a croissant.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were basic, but they served their purpose. While there wasn't anything extraordinary, it provided the essentials for a comfortable stay.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were always clean and well-appointed with a modern design, but some issues like flat springs in the bed and exposed wiring in lamps were concerning. The slippery bathroom shower floor with no grab bars added to the discomfort.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were always clean and well-appointed with a modern neutral design.
Service
6.0
The service was a bit inconsistent, with non-supportive responses to obvious issues, but some staff members were excellent and friendly.
Location
8.0
The location was really good too, in the Alameda area of Mexico City with easy access to the Centro Historico and public transportation.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was adequate during breakfast, offering omelette or croissant, but it would have been better if it varied daily.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were okay, but some improvements could be made for better comfort and safety.
